We strive for excellence but if you were not able to vocalise in salon feel free to call in or send an email to [email protected] mentioning your issue and you have the option to be booked in with the Art director to see a way forward.
You also can be booked in with another curl specialist of your preference based on your needs.
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
- If your curls appear looser than usual after a service, the product may be too heavy for your curls. Please don’t be upset, your hair can we washed again and styled using a lighter product and voila just like that your curls are bouncy again. Please note, no one head of hair is the same and there are definitely options
- You can ALWAYS speak up. This is a revolution. We can partner well together with communication. If you are not understanding anything, in pain, uncomfortable about anything, please speak up.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT
Hair should be clean, detangled and dry before the appointment because curl is distorted when hair is wet. An extra charge may be incurred for detangling and rescheduling in other cases.
If there’s any hair extensions, cornrows or plaits, please take them out prior to the appointment or can also book “hair extension removal” before the desired service.
THE WAIT...
We endeavour to have your hair done within the stipulated time. However with curly hair, there are variables beyond our control that could extend your time in salon.
Please be assured that as our curl specialists continue to master curls, you may also wait longer than allocated time as we are 1) trying to cater to our continuing growth (thanks to your support!), 2) as some of our curl specialists are developing their skills more time may be needed to perfect your hair style, 3) seeing that wearing curly hair is a new “phenomenon” for most some people may need some TLC and our team endeavours to ensure all clients have all their questions answered and are set to win on their curly journey. We ask please be patient. If time is of the essence, we’d recommend booking in with the Art director.
