Payment and
booking fees
To ensure your special day can be secured, we require payment of half the service fee, prior to the confirmation of your booking. This is subject to availability. Fee payable over the phone or to:

Pre-booking Information
- Brides are allowed one (1) guest at the trial appointment (must be over 16 years)
- Brides must attend their trial appointment with their hair prepared the night before by Washing and Blow-drying hair straight – strictly no straightening irons (Please ensure all hair is washed and blow dried straight the night before your appointment. No GHD.
- If your hair is worn naturally curly then consult with your stylist. Your hair must be clean.
- If you do not adhere to the prep requirements, an additional charge of $50.00 is applicable.
Extra Information
Textures: All hair textures (incl bridesmaids) to be mentioned before to allow specialised/targeted styling e.g. afro/frizzy/limp
Hair extensions: We can supply various types of premium quality hair extensions i.e. Great Lengths, keratin bonds, Rumbie & Co Hair weft (weave) extensions and clip ins. Additional pricing for hair extensions will apply.
Prior installed hair extensions (including bridesmaids) are to be mentioned at least 14 days before the event.
Extra Charges
Public Holidays – 15% surcharge applicable
Early Bird: $50 applicable for arrival time of 6:30am or earlier. Per stylist.
Parking – All parking fees for locations, which require onsite/ secured parking must be paid on the wedding date/ validated prior to departure time.
State & Interstate travel – All travel including flights, a minimum of 1 nights’ accommodation and all transfers/ luggage fees must be arranged by the bride prior to the wedding date. We require itineraries to be provided via email no later than 14 days before the wedding date.
Travel fee – We offer travel services for a minimum of 4 clients. In the case, travel fee is applicable and is charged as shown below:
0 – 30km: Free
30 – 50km: $50
50 – 100km: $100
100 – 150: $150
Please consider due to the high demand for services provided by Rumbie and the timeliness required on your wedding day, it is essential to advise if any of the listed extras will apply in advance.
